Responsibilities

At Intelic, our software engineers focus on building intelligent autonomy. Your role is to make sure this intelligence works flawlessly on real platforms in real conditions. As a System Integration Engineer, you take our technology out of the lab and into the field, ensuring that drones and other unmanned systems are ready for demanding missions. You will work closely with both software engineers and hardware partners, acting as the connector who makes everything come together.

In practice, this means:

• Deploy and debug our software on new unmanned platforms.

• Facilitate and support real-world test flights and field trials.

• Conduct integration sprints abroad with clients and hardware vendors.

• Roll out new software versions on existing platforms.

• Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure smooth system performance.

• Act as the hands-on link between hardware and software teams.

What You Will Bring

We are looking for someone eager to grow into the role of bridging hardware and software in unmanned systems. You don’t need to be an expert. What matters is your curiosity, adaptability, and motivation to contribute to technology with a direct impact on safety and security. By ensuring our software runs reliably on drones and other platforms, you help defense organizations operate more effectively in demanding situations.

Your skillset includes:

• A strong intrinsic motivation to learn, grow and make an impact at Intelic

• Curiosity to understand how complex systems work and the drive to solve practical challenges

• A hands on mindset and enjoyment in working with hardware in real world settings

• Flexibility to travel and support integration projects and field testing

• Some familiarity with Linux or networking and the willingness to deepen this knowledge

• Interest in drones and unmanned systems, whether through piloting, tinkering or previous projects
