Responsibilities

As a Principal Product Manager at Intelic, you will be the driving force behind our most critical product initiatives. You will work at the intersection of strategy, customer needs, and technology, ensuring that we solve the right problems and deliver meaningful outcomes. You will lead discovery with defense operators, define product vision in collaboration with leadership, and align cross-functional teams around ambitious goals. Your role is to inspire, prioritize, and empower teams to deliver technology that truly matters in the field.

In practice, this means:

• User Discovery: Leading continuous discovery with end-users to deeply understand their context, needs, and constraints.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnering closely with engineering, design, and operations in empowered product teams to discover and deliver high-impact solutions.

• Vision & Strategy: Setting and driving product vision, strategy, and OKRs for key product areas, ensuring alignment with company goals.

• Outcome-Driven Prioritization: Prioritizing ruthlessly based on outcomes, focusing on the highest-value opportunities while balancing customer needs, business impact, and technical feasibility.

• Coaching: Coaching other product managers and raising the bar for product practices across the organization.

• Product Leadership: Contributing to Intelic’s product leadership by sharing insights, framing trade-offs, and ensuring clarity of direction.

What You Will Bring

You are an experienced product leader who thrives at the intersection of vision and execution. You know that great products emerge from discovery-driven collaboration, not top-down mandates. You are outcome-oriented, data-informed, and comfortable making decisions in high-stakes environments. You combine empathy for users with strong strategic and analytical skills, and you have the ability to align diverse stakeholders around a common mission.

This includes:

• 7+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of delivering impactful products in complex domains.

• Strong discovery skills: conducting user research, testing hypotheses, and validating solutions in real-world contexts.

• Ability to define and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy that inspires teams and stakeholders.

• Experience working with OKRs and fostering empowered, collaborative product teams with a strong sense of ownership.

• Excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging with executives, engineers, and end-users alike.

• Willingness to occasionally support field activities and interact directly with military partners and operators.

• Acted as a trusted partner to leadership and a coach to product managers, leaving a lasting impact on strategy and product discipline.
